Returns Policy

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly email us or call us first so we could get a head start with processing the return. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order for us to process your refund or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging. Please also include your receipt with the item being returned. We’ve tried our best to provide you with premium quality products at affordable price, with the added bonus of FREE shipping. If you are not happy with the item you purchased and would like to return it, we kindly ask that you handle the shipping charges. If we receive a return more than 30 days after your purchase, we unfortunately won’t be able to grant a refund or exchange. Please make sure you use a shipping option that is trackable, otherwise we won’t issue a refund for items lost in the return mail. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and when you should expect your refund. Once approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 4 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please let us know. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is fully received.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are sold “as is” and cannot be refunded for any reason.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wearuatclothing.com and we’ll let you know how to proceed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please have the purchase contact us to request a return.

Shipping

To return an item, please mail it directly to PO Box 280426, Queens Village, NY 11428. You will be responsible for paying shipping for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
